Come along to the premiere of the EVIE Film. Hear from young activists about their experience of gender and what they are doing to drive change and create a more equitable future. The premiere will be followed by the Katoomba launch of the “Blue Mountains says NO to Violence” Illumination created in partnership with Illuminart AND performance from local band, The Typical Grrrls.
| Ending Violence Improving Equality (EVIE) is a program led by local young women dedicated to a future free from gender-based violence. Team EVIE have created a short film about their own experiences of gender inequality and what they’re doing to create change. Come along and hear from them and be part of the EVIE movement.
